Foss led the engagement from initial acquisition underwriting through loan closing, building the pro forma, developing the ARGUS model, and running multiple investment scenarios to refine the sponsor's business plan. The Capital Markets team then structured and secured $7,000,000 in bridge financing at 70% LTC, fixed at 6.50%, full-term interest only, and continues to support the project through ongoing asset management modeling.
