The development consists of 71 luxury garage condominium units and 10 flex-use units, each individually owned and tailored for vehicle storage, personal workshops, and enthusiast use. The project incorporates energy-efficient building systems, enhancing long-term operating performance and asset value.
Foss led the development analysis process from initial underwriting through closing into construction. The Foss capital markets team structured a regional bank construction loan paired with a C-PACE layer to deliver an efficient, low-cost capital stack, and continues to support the project through ongoing asset management modeling.
